About Joshua M. Fraley, Associate Attorney
Josh grew up in Bellville, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance while attending Ohio Dominican University. At ODU, Josh started for the varsity football team for three years. Josh went on to complete his master’s degree in Business from Ohio Dominican University in 2010. Following Ohio Dominican, Josh attended Capital University Law School, where he received his law degree in the fall of 2015.

Josh has been with Pencheff and Fraley Co., LPA since 2015. Josh has experience handling a wide range of civil cases but focuses his practice on representing individuals who are applying for Social Security and Workers’ Compensation, as well as those individuals who have been injured and making a Personal Injury claim. In addition to these primary practices, Josh has experience handling contract disputes, employment discrimination, eminent domain defense, and insurance disputes.
Personal Life
Josh is a member of the Ohio and Columbus Bar Association. Josh lives in Blacklick with his wife, Brett, and their three sons: James, Brayden, and Owen. In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, Ohio State athletics, and playing golf.
